Summary:
An experienced Wireless Network Engineer (L2) who would be able to plan, design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain large wireless deployments in campus and city wide infrastructure using products from leading OEM’s like CISCO, HPE, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruckus.
Responsibilities
Design, Implement, troubleshoot and maintain WLAN both traditional and software defined Wireless products and solutions.
Conduct network and wireless audits at customer site and produce audit reports.
Conduct all types of wireless surveys using leading RF tools.
Should have good knowledge on RF, Wireless antennas.
Should have hands-on experience in handling products of leading OEMs.
Ensure proper planning and communications with the customer and manager and send periodic reports to keep all the stake holders informed about project progress
Ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction in all projects
Willing to travel to different job locations in a shorter notice and also stay till the project is completed.
Identify business opportunities within our existing clients and share leads with sales team for further follow up and orders.
Strong Communication skills in both Written and Spoken
Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress
Must be able to learn new technologies quickly
Must be a team Player
Required skills
Should have strong knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI models
Should have experience in handling Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.
Wireless site survey, reporting, heatmap creations, placement of APs
Should have experience in Wireless, VLAN, STP, Policy Based Routing, NAT, VOIP, Multicast, IP SLA and Security.
Should be able to identify network issues related to WEB Application, DNS, DHCP and Radius Server
Education, Experience and Certification
BE/B.Tech with min 5 Years relevant experience and MBA is preferred.
CCNP (Wireless), CWNA certification is a must"
