We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader of human resources to lead our HR department. The leader will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies the support the company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and hand-on HR expertise.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


TALENT PROCESS:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s vision, values, and goals.

  • Lead and manage the HR team, provide direction, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.

  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

  • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

  • Manage employee relation issues, including conflict resolution, discplinary actions, and grievance handling.

  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Ensure compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Collaborate with business and senior management to develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Define, draft and roll out HR policies for the organization.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Drive the learning and skill development program in the organization to train, re-skill the people for wholesome development


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior management roles.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.

  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing HR team.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
